About Us

• Must posses a high school Diploma 
• Associates Degree or Higher recommended 
• 2+ years of law enforcement experience recommended
• 2 year minimum verifiable security guard experience required if  not prior law enforcement or military

• Must posses Mississippi and/or Tennessee Armed Security License
• Successfully complete 4 hour training requirements: 

                      Orientation for Security Guard Training (1 hour)

                      Legal Aspects of Security and Limitations (1 hour)

                      Emergency Procedures (1 hour)

                      Duty Requirements (1 hour)

• Armed Security Guards must possess an additional 8 hour training:

                      Legal Limitations on the use of a firearm

                      Handling of a firearm

                      Safety and Maintenance of firearms

• Armed Security Guards must possess an additional 4 hours of Marksmanship training and achieve a minimum of 70% 

• Must not posses any convictions within the last 5 years with no drug or alcohol use on record
• Fingerprint card required through Tennessee Bureau of Investigation
• Drug Screening Required

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Active listening
• Ability to assess situations quickly and effectively 
• Attention to detail 

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be a US citizen or foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time 
• Indoor/Outdoor environment: Must be able to work in different temperature ranges from moderate to extreme cold and heat
